UNWIND THE MIND

If you've ever thought about meditation and had any version of the above conversation with yourself I'm here to show you that you can meditate. There are many ways of meditating and some do not involve sitting still.  Meditation is not about stopping the mind from thinking,

 

Meditation is a practice in awareness.  It teaches you to notice thoughts and emotions without getting caught up in them. It teaches you to let them be as they are, independent of you and your attention.

In short, it teaches you to stop blindly following your mind wherever it leads.
